» Which package should I choose?

We offer three packages, each with different resource limits. Bronze is designed for small websites, Silver for average sites and Gold for big sites.

» When do you setup my account?

As soon as we receive your payment. Domains may, however, take up to 24 hours before they start working.

» How do I pay? Which payment periods are available?

Currently we do only accept payments via PayPal. They accept all major credit/debit cards, like Visa and Mastercard. You can either pay every 1 month or 12 month.

» Do you have any cancellation times?

No, you can cancel your account at any time and receive a refund. *

» Where are the servers located?

The servers are located in a top-class datacenter in Växjö, Sweden. The external status-page is located in Seattle, US.
